What Information Needs to be Supplied?

We require your logo and information (addresses, telephone and fax number, etc) that will appear on your calendar. Our repro department will design an advertisement according to the type of calendar that you have selected.
What format should I use and how should I supply the artwork?

  • All logos must be supplied by email or disk

  • Artwork needs to be in a pdf format

  • Resolution can not be lower that 300dpi

  • Correct Pantone numbers for colours must be supplied

How can I be sure there are no mistakes?

You will be sent a digital proof that will need to be approved by you before anything is sent to be printed. If there are changes or corrections that need to be done, you will indicate them on the proof and we will resend you the revised proof that has been corrected.

How can I be sure the colours will be accurate?

In order to ensure accuracy of your colours, we will need the exact Pantone colour reference or a printed sample for all colours (with the exception of black). Please bear in mind that hues of specific Pantone colours vary on different types of paper e.g. glossy as opposed to matt. We go to great lengths to match the supplied printed sample.

What size is the advertising space?

The print area of the advert is detailed in the catalogue.

Are there delivery charges?

  • Delivery in South Africa - A flat fee is charged for delivery within the greater Gauteng area. Orders that need to be delivered outside Gauteng are sent via road freight, and the costs are for your account. This service takes 3 days to all major centres in South Africa.

  • Delivery Cross Border - This can be arranged with our local courier company. Alternatively, you can instruct your own couriers company to collect the calendars from our factory in Johannesburg.

How long do I need to wait for my calendars?

Our standard lead time is 6 weeks from sign-off of your proof. We can arrange for a shorter lead time if required but this may incure extra costs.

Can I cancel my order?

All that is required to cancel an order is to send us a written instruction from your company on your company’s letterhead. Please note that cancellation or reductions in an order will incur a cancellation fee. This fee will be enforced if once production has commenced.
