5. ARTWORK & CLIENT APPROVAL
Clients are responsible for reviewing and approving all artwork before production
Once approved, Almanac Publishers is not liable for any errors, including:
Spelling mistakes
Design issues
Incorrect information
Colour variations may occur due to printing processes and materials

6. DELIVERY
Delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed
We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers
Risk in the goods passes to the client upon delivery

7. PAYMENT TERMS
Payment terms will be specified in the quotation or invoice
A deposit may be required before production begins
Full payment may be required prior to delivery
Late payments may result in delays or additional charges

8. RETURNS & REFUNDS
Custom-made or branded products are non-refundable
Returns are only accepted for defective or damaged goods
